我去年被公司外派至中国，每六个月至少回来一次。美国的房子没有卖掉，也没出租。今年10月可以递交入籍申请（提前3个月）。
1）表上Part 4: Where have you lived during the last 5 years? 我需要填中国的住址吗？
-Yes.

但我的 legal address 应该还是美国吧。
-Yes.

可以加个解释的note吗？
-No.

2）关于time as a resident in a US District - Most people must live in the USCIS district in which they are applying for at least 3 months before applying. a) 我是否需要回来住满3个月？
-Not need. 

美国的房子不能算满足resident的要求吗？ b) 由于我是提前递交（10月），

是否要满足1月前仍住满3个月？
-Not need because you did not move your address in US and paid the state tax to that state all the time.
