请问8老师，香港居民持美国绿卡，非公民，离开美国七、八年，上移民庭的可能性
多大？
请问8老师，香港居民，(前大陆居民，因64获绿卡，后来移民香港)，持美国绿卡，
非公民，离开美国七、八年，如果被批准入境，上移民庭而的可能性多大？此人从
未缴税，如果上移民庭，他唯有撒谎才能保持其绿卡
-His green card will be cancelled either he abandons voluntarily at a US Consulate abroad or at the port of entry. If he chooses to enter US and go to the immigration court, he absolutely will loose his green card (his lie will not work at the court) and will be deported out of US.

Because he has never paid the income tax, he will be fined if IRS find it, and probably he may be arrested (I am not sure about this).
