为国内的父母办绿卡，他们从没来过美国。如果有要公证的，我可以不可以让美国的朋友翻译，在美国的银行公证？因为中国办事太麻烦了，总要求人。
-Translation in US is not a problem, but as for notarization, it depends on what kid of documents, some documents you can do notarization in US, some can not (e.g. birth certificate, etc.) because US notarization agency can not verify whether such documents are true (they don't know whether it is the fact).
