我现在是H1B。我的雇主刚刚开始为我办绿卡，我是中国籍，我先生是法国人，我可不可以以先生的法国籍来申请，等待的时间是否短一些. 出生地是欧洲的employment-based 2nd is still current according to the visa bulletin.
