或者先递一个EB１A，I１４０／I４８５同递，估计就算否决也是半年以后的事情了？
-This will not stop your H-1 clock running. Unless your background is very strong and you can get the EB-1A I-140 approval using premium processing, and then file H-1 extension before May 31 (I doubt you can do all of these in such a short time), you will have big trouble. Once your EB1-A is denied, you will have big problem to stay in US (no more H-1 because your H-1 clock stopped before your I-140 approval to extend it beyond the 6-year limit).
