正准备给亲生父母申请绿卡，在网上看到有的说130材料需要父母结婚证，有的说不必要。因为我父母现在就在美国，父母结婚证没带来，但是我的出生公证有父母姓名，

请问父母结婚证是不是必需？
-Yes, it is needed for your father green card application, not for your mother. USCIS wants to know whether you were born after your parents got married.
