请教8老师, 美国公民再婚，能给不满21周岁继子女申请绿卡吗？
-If the marriage occurred before the child turned 18 years, the step-parent can file I-130 for the step-child before the step-child turns 21 years to get the green card.

对继子女是不是要求18周岁以下才可以？这是指申请时的年龄还是批准时的年龄？多谢老师帮助。
