我是2011年2月帮她申请的，现在我妈是公民。是不是走我妈帮已婚子女申请绿卡这条路会快点？主要是姐姐儿子已经快15岁了，赶着不超龄。
-If your mother wants to file I-130 now, it will be late compared to your I-130. So, not worthy to do it.

我记得申请时间跟I-130 批准时间之间差，是可以小孩超额年龄往后推的。21岁+3年9个月，是吗？
