EAD - not in federal register yet

Certain H-4, which H-1b has an approved I-140 or in his H-1b beyond 6-yr, are eligible for EAD.

Again, it was proposed since 2012/02, and it has not been published in federal register. The lastest update is public comment period being ended in 2014/07.
