请教8老师：我是绿卡，朋友是中国留学生，在美国大学同学2年,暑假回国刚返美校，

请教可以立即结婚并办理绿卡吗？
-Fine. But he/she can not leave US after you file I-130 until he/she files I-485 to get the AP. Also, he/she has to keep the F-1 status valid until filing I-485.

还是等三个月后再办？
