请问8老师，返美证是不是英文AP（advance parole)? 
-Yes.

移民局给了我母亲两个AP，看起来一样， 是不是我母亲带一个回国就可以了？
-Bring both and the IO will take one of them when your mother enters US. Then, your mother can use another one for future travel (if any).
