我入籍8年了，
我拿绿卡时父母签证两次被拒，
入籍6年后父母第三次签证被拒。

我父母真的只想来看看，不想移民，这样的情况下是不是必须办移民他们才可以来？

办移民一般多久能批？

另外我家投资失败，丢了两个房，现在信用刚刚重新建立好，听说父母移民要担保？

-If they don't want to immigrate, not need to apply for green card. Just try B2 visa again. The denial in the past does not mean it will be denied again. If you provide the support for their travel, you need to provide a complete I-134 with support documents. Otherwise, not need it.
