请问美国公民如何申请父母

大家好！

真心请教：

我入籍8年了，
我拿绿卡时父母签证两次被拒，
入籍6年后父母第三次签证被拒。

我父母真的只想来看看，不想移民，这样的情况下是不是必须办移民他们才可以来？

办移民一般多久能批？

另外我家投资失败，丢了两个房，现在信用刚刚重新建立好，听说父母移民要担保？
