当时我提交申请的时候太大意了，以为和I-140 / I-485一样，母亲的I-485可以ride on父亲的Ｉ-485,所以没有细问，就提交了申请，现在才知道铸下大错。
但是母亲已经和父亲一起在面试第二天离开了美国回国了，家里面有事情，实在不能在美国停留了。现在的问题是：
１）母亲回国后还能再申请B1/B2签证吗？

２）如果母亲只能通过移民签证来到美国，这个过程大约要多长时间？
-If you file I-130 now, it normally takes about 1 to 2 years or more, case by case. By the way, did your mother file I-485 before her B2 I-94 expires? If she had unlawful presence > 180 days, she will be subjected to 3- or 10 year bar. That means she can not be allowed to enter US within 3 years or 10 years (if illegal stay > one year).
３）在国内申请移民签证的成功率多高？
-Very high.
４）现在我父亲的绿卡马上寄到，那么他是否必须６个月以内返回美国？
-Have to return to US within one year.
