回复：follow-to-join被拒-请教原因

我485已经批准，并且已经拿到绿卡，现在在美国。我跟我老婆的结婚日期是在485批准之前，她现在在美国，身份是F1.

我上个月file了follow-to-join,提交了485但是没有交130.今天收到退件和据信，说“priority date could not be established",并建议我提交130 (concurrently) 或140或360等等。
-Make sure you select the right answer in Part 2 Application Type of I-485 (you should choose "b"). Just send the whole (same) application packet to USCIS again (enclose the rejection notice-put it on the top of the documents). Explain/justify it in the cover letter.

我们这种情况follow-to-join还需要交130吗?-No.

还有没有其他材料需要交的？有没有一个针对这种情况的checklist?
-It should include the copies of your marriage certificate, your spouse birth certificate, your green card and your I-485 approval notice, etc.
