-I don't think the minor child (< 21) can be the primary investor for the green card (full-timne employment) with EB-5 category. BUt her father can be the primary investor to apply for the green card, then she can be the derivative of her father to get the green card at the same time.

2. 他可以通过在美国的中资公司办理去美国的工作签证并帮我申请绿卡，需要多长时间可以拿到绿卡，

有人说用了半年多就拿到了，可能吗？

-It seems it is difficult for you to use EB1 category, and if you use EB2 or EB3, it may take 5 to 8 years. 

3. 如果他申请办绿卡，他女儿是否可以和他一起申请？

-Yes.

还是要他拿到绿卡后申请？可以给孩子申请的年龄是18岁还是21岁以下？

-Less than 21.
