Parents got refused for Green Card interview at Guangzhou today because Dad is communist. they flew long way there, but didn't pass. I feel terrible. -Your father needs to give up his Chinese Communist Party membership tp be qualified for the immigration visa application. It is possible he needs to apply for the immigration visa again after he gives up the CCP membership.
