请问H4身份能申请EB1A吗？好像理论上可以，因为EB1A不需要雇主支持。是不是被移民
局拒掉的可能性比较大？

-Yes but you still need to have a job or job offer before your I-485 is considered for approval. I-140 approval is irrelevant to job/employment status.
