麻烦各位帮忙分析分析...

我帮一位没有身份的朋友介绍了一个老美,他们去年结婚了.上星期陪他们去移民局面试,说是让她提供原始出身证明和公正,还提了好些问题,比如有过几次婚姻,几个孩子..为什么来美国等等. 可是我这位朋友是顶替别人的名字来的,当时的来美理由是探望留学的女儿.现在她告诉移民局他有个儿子在国内. 我想问的是移民局会不会发现她现在说的和当时的签证申请理由不一致? 如果是的话,绿卡会不会有问题? 能请律师帮忙吗?
