请教:concurrent filing or separa

我在NSC, 雇主同意办PERM, 但是各位看到的,从三月份到现在为止,大部分的不是pending就是 denial.而我的律师也很显然没把握,就一直在拖,说打广告到现在也没动劲. (我是不是该换律师?)所以决定试一试NIW, 遇到一个问题,希望那位帮忙回答以下:我该I-140 与I-485 concurrent filing or file separately?或着说,假设我同时递了I-140 和I-485 under NIW and case is pending, 如果这时候PERM LC 批了(if I am lucky, hehe), 我还可以再file一次I-140 和I-485 吗?
