有人能告诉这是485什么状态吗？是 name check吗？

485 pending 将近一年了。给移民局打了三次电话询问case的状态，今天收到一个email，里面说“On June 20, 2005, we responded to your request for more information
concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30
days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.”。但是到今天也没有收到什么邮件。有人有类似经验吗？这个response会是什么哪？心里忐忑不安，有人能回答这个问题吗？先多谢了。
