H-1 or permanent position

本人现在日本，36岁。 现有美国 H-1　offer, 但是在南卡大学，另外日本也有一个offer。日本这边是大公司，公司给我永久位置。 犹豫不决中。想去美国，但觉得年龄偏大，日本这里条件很好。
烦请各位给个建议。特别是美国那边的朋友。
