前两年没想这些,很多可以放在一起的也因为嫌麻烦就没放在一起. We do have tickets,joint account, joint credit card, Insurance policy shown each other as beneficiary, joint cell phone bill with 3 years record showing we call each other at least 1-2 hours everyday. But that is all we have. And we are moving further away this year due to job. No baby either and anyway it is not something we can have in a month.

Is there a certain format for affidavits, or we can just ask friends to write letters?

Do you know what will they ask in the interview?
