but now more and more H-1s. For GR application, I did myself for 140 in NIH under NIW and now 485 is pending. My friend changed J-1 to H1, filed 140 under both NIW and EB-1(extraordinay ability). Both approved and now GC already received. But a fellow has to do GC application by himself. NIH only sponsors tenure track's or PI's GC application. Everything totally depends on how much they need you.
