关于无犯罪记录证明

准备 485 packet，　有几个问题向大家求教。

１。　４８５　表，如果是 NIW 也应该提供　employment letter 吗？
２。　CIS 网站上提到：

Form I-864 Affidavit of Support -- This requirement may not apply to you if you are adjusting to permanent resident based on an employment petition.

NIW 似乎不是 employment petition.

3. 无犯罪记录. 国内的部分有公正, 但国外的年头大家都是怎么证明的呢?
