看这个推荐人是谁了，如果他/她是个美国科学院或工程院的院士，或是某杂志的主
编，这些话是很有份量的。

但是就下面两段话，个人认为还是要加点证据，比如说同年龄的人平均有几篇PAPER，
你有几篇等等。

"he is clearly a superior researcher when compared to his peers", "he has
exceeded others at the same career stage",

如果这个推荐人一般，又没写证据，你就等着移民局REF，问你要证据吧。
