请教：Rosalinda

2月拿到offer，准备8月上班，5月份公司给办10月的H1B Premium，5月批了
但是6月的时候学校ISS对我说我的HIB批了，F1 phd的record就被terminate了？然后
就乱七八糟了，现在暑假虽然还在学校注课，准备8月硕士答辩，不知道是什么身份
然后上个月申请OPT，ISS就说SEVIS里面没有我的纪录了，没法开OPT的I-20，然后写了
一个证明叫我去申请OPT

现在USCIS要补材料，当然就是要I-20，而且"The SEVIS I-20 must be
endorsed by a Designated School Official within the past 30 days
prior to the filing of the I-765 application."
我连I-20都搞不到，就算搞到了，也没法搞30天前的签字阿，太郁闷了
　
until now I still keep phd i-20. I think it impossible to me to get
master I-20 when I get master diploma. Does it influence my aplication
for gc in future. I'm still afraid my legal status in USA now. The ISS said I'm legal.But sevis has terminate my f1. I'm very confused.
so I want to come back china to get visa to aviod illegal situation. I want
to know if it is necessary to come back china in such situation. Am I legal
now? I can not trust ISS.
