Plsma Physics, PH.D. 8 papers, 30 citations, 1 patent. They listed more than 10 items, but the focus seems to be that "the petitioner has not adequately demonstrated that an employer's pursuit of a labor certification on his/her behalf would adversely impact the United States" and "the evidence submitted does not clearly establish that his/her individual skills are exceptional in comparison to other researchers similary engaged. This appears to be especially true when one compares the petitioner's credentials to that of the distinguished professionals who provided the submitted testimonials." Any suggestions?
