想申请养父母移民来美国

我很小就被抱给舅父母,没有收养手续; 后来生父母来了美国, 我大学毕业后也来了美国, 之后读完硕士工作并且已经是公民. 我想申请我舅父母, 可以按照养父母来办吗? 大概排期会有多长? 谢谢!
