I am a permanent resident living in Windsor. The situation about Windsor is that you can not find a job for sure. My one room rent is 250$ per month. Taxes are high and meat price is higher than USA.

I have landed for 3 months already and still no job. They say economy now is not good and jobs are hard to come by.

I suggest you stay in USA for as long as you can and then come to Canada if you have to.
