I485 and change job

I filed I140/I485 for both "outstanding researcher" and NIW.
Now all the I140s are approved.
Can someone kindly tell me:
1) Do I need to cancel one of the I485 (e.g., keep only one I485).
2) Can I change job? Both I140 were approved in Jan. 2005.
3) If I change job, what do I need to do to keep one of the I485?
