help niece to USA

I want to bring my niece to USA and she can finish her high school education in America. I hold green Card, and my hu*****and is an america. Our income totally will be enough. I do not know how many chances my niece can have to get visa so that she can come to USA? Also what knid of paper do we should prepare?
