希望听听过来人的经验

去年11月得到的H1B, 同年12月结婚，先生是绿卡（2年）。今年一月怀孕，孕后身体虚弱，只好请假在家休养。公司是朋友的，身份暂时还没有问题。问题是今后回公司上班的机会渺茫（家和公司在不同的州），本想利用老公的身份为自己申请绿卡，得知这要费时很久，其间原有的身份还不能断掉。类似经历的人可给点建议吗？
