看到发的一个关于2006年H-1B的使用情况报告，预测在2005年10月1日以前可能用完，所以我现在很矛盾。

easy, use OPT first, file H1B before 2005年10月1日以前 the time you believe it's going to stop and request for a start date 6 months from the filing date, say March 31, 2006. And you can use your OPT until March and then start the approved H1 status.
