It's not easy to dial in the number. I experienced the same back in July. What I did was asking one of relatives to sit next to a phone to try to dial in all day long. He managed to dial in on the 2nd day.

If you don't have an appointment in place before you go home, I would strongly suggest your staying here and being willing to stay home until you get the appointment.
