NSC? VSC? TSC?

Hi, I am in a region belongs to NSC service area. NSC is so slow in every category, NIW EB1, my LC is in backlog reduction center. Now I want to look for a new job in some area where I can start NIW/EB1 and get the GC faster. I chceked the INS web site , look like VSC and NSC are the fastest ones. Any suggestions? Thanks
