Help I-140 RFE- more questions

In the RFE it is said that the submitted evidence dose not adequately demonstrate that the national interest would be adversely affected if a labor certification were required. How to address this question.

I have googed in this board, and found quite some of you have the same request. Can some one share your ideas with me?
