485 RD Jan. 22, 2002 at NSC

MY 485 RD JAN. 22, 2002 AT NSC STILL PENDING. EB1, Ootstanding. I140 was approved in 2001. The case at NSC takes long time. Then last Oct. I was told that it stuck on name check. I approached senator and congressman. No help. Done Finger print three times. The latest one done in April 2005. Since last Oct, I sent many emails to FIB for the name check status. Finally in early May I got FBI reply that name check is completed and the results back to USCIS. Then I asked senator and congressman helped to check with USCIS. Both of them told me that USCIS received the results and told me that it should have decision in 30 days.

I am still waiting. I guess my case must be a record long. 485 take more 3.5 years at NSC.
