老农乡下出生无任何证明如何办出生公证

Not born in hospital (there was no hospital in my home town), and there was no birth certificate or whatsoever. Only have a passport. How to obtain birth certificate and notarize it? Any body got similar experience and was successful in meeting I-140/485 requirements? Many thanks for your info!
