I submitted 8 recommendation letters, most from professor at Universities. However, 6 of the letters was prepared by myself, cause those professors asked me to do so. I drafted the letter, and they just did a very little wording. so all the letters look like from the same one person. Also in the letter, I didn't exaggerate my work too much, cause I was worried that the professors may feel not confortable to sign the letters. I am glad you point out the problem.

About the company, I thought that was a good supporting evidence for my case. Because the company chose me after a nationwide recriuting, it can prove I am better than average., also showed my skills can benefit the national interest. Anyway,the lawyer already include it in the case. I need to find more evidence to prove I am more outstanding than my collegues.

Comments from people who cited my work would be good, but I need to find out how to contact those people., also I am not sure if they are willing to write me such kind letters or not. Maybe just a few sentense should be fine.
