Bad idea to use ATM machine. The exchange rate is extremely unfavorable to the user, favorable to the bank.

Best choice is using travellers check or personal check - except the personal check takes longer. The exchange rate for cash is about 8.21, while the personal check or traveler check get you 8.264.
