Congrate! Unbelivable! You won the appeal. My NIW was also denied on May 31, and my lawyer thought the denial reason is unaccepted, he would like to appeal for my case without extra change. Since he will not charge me any more, I just let him go ahead 'do it'. However, I know the chance to make INS officer to change their decisions would be tiny. I do not expect a miracle will happen, but I realy want to hear some your suggestions if you would like to provide. That may encourage some persons to fight.
