I485pending so long at TSC

I 485 submitted at TSC in May of 2002, EB1a FP did December of 2004.I called FBI, they told they returned my fingerprinting checking results to INS the same day of fingerprinting being submitted there.

I haven't heard from the INS for anything. What can be wrong? what should I do?
