Single entry visa to enter

Canada multiple times from the US?

I got a single entry visa back in Sept. Used it once right away. But IO at the border did not stamp the visa at all. Can I use this visa again to seek entry to Canada for short visit? It is within 6 months of validity and I have H-1 status in the US.
