address change, need help!

I applied I130, I485 last March in local office. My status is in FBI name check pending.Now I have to move out of state. My questions are:
A. Does local immigration office transfer my application to a new local office if I file AR11? I heard the transfer will take a long time.
B. Could I change the address to my friend's (the same city) so that I do not need to transfer the application to my new local office?
C. When I file AR11, could I request the current immigration office not to transfer my documentation to a new local office which I will move in?
