a qustion about two years rule

i have married with a h1 holder but i need go back china by two years cause i can not get waive. My LG has get approved of his I 140.
My question is whether it is possible to add my name in his application now because we married in usa.But i still keep my j1 status. In addition, i gonna go back china next year,if he get approved of his GC can i get issued of Green card when i am in china with in the two years regulation
