how to apply GC for my wife?

I got my I140 approved. I plan to go back to marry with my GF and then she can come here with me using H4. Anybody knows the details about how to apply GC for her based on me? She need not to file 140 again, right? Will she file the 485 as I did? And where should I submit her 485 to? To the service center where my 485 filed or to Chicago? Thanks!!!
