Help!! Re: USCIS Email Notice

Received this Email notice regarding I130 from USCIS:
"This case has been approved. On May 25, 2005, an approval notice was mailed...."

But after 8 days, we are still waiting for the approval letter. Is it normal? How long did it take you to receive your letter after you got the email? Thanks!
