485与J1豁免

曾是J1,有国务院的豁免信,但没有收到过INS的正式批准件.用豁免信办的H1.现在140已经批了,在等按手印和485. 前面有人说485REF要J1豁免的正式批准.不知道楼主怎么办的.有类似情况的给个建议.有没有没有正式批准件485批了的? 拜托给些主意.万分感谢!
