结果都一样，不是先在护照上盖绿卡章，就是直接寄卡。如果是境外申请，要去美使馆盖章，然后就可以凭这个章（相当于临时绿卡）进入美国了。在正式绿卡拿到前，可以工作，出入美国，和任何LPR都一样。
